Clash Medals app (fr.chabeaudyq.clashbonus) — developer: Quentin Chabeaudy

Clash Medals' cloud backup is optional and tied to your Google account. You can delete this account and all associated data at any time.

From the app (immediate)

1. Open Clash Medals, then the History tab and the Settings gear;
2. check that you are signed in (Cloud backup section);
3. open the Danger zone at the bottom of the screen;
4. tap “Delete my cloud data and my account” and confirm.

Immediate effect: the online backup (players, months, rewards, synced settings) and the associated account (email address, identifier) are permanently deleted from our systems. Technical backup copies are purged within 30 days at most.

Without access to the app

Send an email to contact@clash-medals.fr from the Google address used to sign in, with the subject “Clash Medals account deletion”. The deletion is carried out within 30 days and confirmed by reply email.

What is deleted, what remains

• Deleted: the account (email, identifier) and the entire cloud backup.
• Not affected: the data stored locally on your device (it belongs to you; delete it from the app's Danger zone or by uninstalling the app), and anonymous usage statistics that cannot be linked to your account.
• The “Remove ads” purchase is managed by Google Play and stays attached to your Google Play account, independently of the cloud backup.
